Find work that pays what you're worth.

Tradesppl is currently in its growth phase. Right now our focus is on making sure tradespeople across Canada can find as many opportunities as possible without having to search multiple sites. To do this, we pull listings from partner platforms and employer sites so everything is in one place. When you click Apply on one of these listings, it will open the original posting on the employer's site.

We are actively building toward direct listings on the platform. If you are an employer or contractor who wants to post jobs directly on Tradesppl, we are currently offering free listings to our early adopters. Reach out to us to claim your spot.

Tradesppl is a job board built for skilled tradespeople across Canada. It was created specifically for the trades because most general job boards treat trade jobs as an afterthought. Our focus is on the occupations that are in highest demand right now. That includes electricians, HVAC technicians, welders, plumbers, and pipefitters, with listings across Canada.

Every listing, salary guide, and resource on Tradesppl is relevant to people who work with their hands. That is what sets us apart.

Yes, completely free. Any tradesperson can browse and apply for jobs on Tradesppl without creating an account or paying anything.

For employers and contractors, we are also offering free direct job postings during our early access period. If you are currently hiring tradespeople and want to get your roles in front of a growing audience of qualified candidates, contact us to get started at no cost.

Tradesppl covers Canada, with the most listings where trades demand is highest. We cover Alberta including Calgary, Edmonton and Fort McMurray, British Columbia including Vancouver and the Interior, Ontario including Toronto and Ottawa, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Québec, and Atlantic Canada including Halifax and Moncton.

New regions are being added regularly as the platform grows.

We are currently welcoming early adopter employers to post jobs directly on Tradesppl at no charge. This is your opportunity to reach a growing community of qualified tradespeople before the platform moves to paid listings.

We are especially looking for employers hiring electricians, HVAC technicians, welders, plumbers, and pipefitters across Canada. Get in touch with us to post your roles and become a founding employer partner on Tradesppl.

Trades wages vary by trade, certification level, and location — so instead of quoting national averages, we measure advertised pay directly. Every month the Tradesppl Hiring Index reports what employers actually offered in job postings published on our own board.

In the September 2026 edition, Canadian postings that disclosed pay ran medians of $79,040 per year for electricians, $87,360 per year for HVAC technicians, and $88,400 per year for plumbers.

Only about 23% of postings disclose pay at all, so check the index and our per-trade salary guides before you negotiate. Explore the full data in the Tradesppl Hiring Index.

Not at all. Tradesppl has listings for every certification level. Whether you are an apprentice just getting started, a journeyperson with years of experience, or a Red Seal certified tradesperson looking for your next opportunity, you will find relevant roles on our platform.

Our aggregated listings are refreshed every day so you are always seeing current opportunities. High-demand categories like electrician jobs in Alberta and millwright jobs in Ontario are updated every 24 hours so nothing slips through.

Once direct employer listings are live on the platform, those will appear in real time as employers post them. The goal is to make Tradesppl the most current and complete source for trade jobs in Canada.
